The torch uses single dry-cell rechargeable battery. For its optimum life, use only IST 6v recharger to replenish used power. A normal recharge will take at least 12 hours. The slower the recharging light flashes, the fuller the battery has been recharged. Each full recharge will have a burn time of approximately 2.5 hours. Recharge the battery to full capacity immediately after use to ensure its reliability and durability. Never store it with the power partially / fully drained. Continuous recharge will not damage the battery. The Japanese-made Krypton light bulb is very and long lasting.
